Privacy policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This store, website, and all connected content, features, tools, products, and services are operated by Catalina Crunch to offer customers a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Shopify enables us to provide those Services. This Privacy Policy describes our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you browse, use, buy through, transact with, or contact the Services. For personal-information collection, processing, and disclosure, this policy controls over any inconsistent provision in the Terms of Service.
Please review this policy closely. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge reading and understanding the information practices set out below.
Personal information we collect or process
We use “personal information” for data that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. Anonymous and properly de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to a person is excluded. Depending on how you use the Services, where you live, and what law permits or requires, the categories below and related inferences may be handled:
- contact details, including name, address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and email address;
- financial and payment details, such as credit or debit card and financial-account numbers, payment-card or account information, transaction information, payment method, payment confirmation, and related payment data;
- account data, including username, password, security questions, preferences, and settings;
- transaction history and activity, including items viewed, placed in a cart or wishlist, purchased, returned, exchanged, or cancelled;
- communications and the information supplied in support inquiries or other messages;
- device, browser, network, IP-address, and other unique-identifier information; and
- usage information showing how and when you interact with or navigate the Services.
Sources of personal information
Information may come from you directly, including through accounts, visits, use, messages, and other submissions; automatically from devices, cookies, and comparable technologies used with the Services; from providers acting for us or enabling technology; and from business partners or other third parties.
How we use personal information
- Service delivery, personalization, and improvement: carrying out our agreement with you, taking payments, fulfilling and shipping orders, remembering interests and preferences, issuing account notices, administering purchases, returns and exchanges, maintaining accounts, supporting reviews, and tailoring recommendations or the shopping experience.
- Promotion and advertising: communicating marketing by email, SMS, or postal mail and displaying online advertising on our Services or other sites, which may reflect past purchases, cart additions, or other activity.
- Security and fraud controls: verifying accounts, maintaining a secure payment and shopping environment, detecting and responding to suspected fraud, illegality, unsafe or malicious activity, protecting the public, and securing the Services. Keep your credentials confidential and do not share access details.
- Customer communications: responding to requests, delivering support and effective service, and managing the ongoing business relationship.
- Legal reasons: meeting legal duties, responding to valid process and governmental or law-enforcement demands, conducting civil discovery or litigation, and enforcing or examining possible breaches of applicable terms or policies.
How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information for legitimate purposes covered by this policy in the following situations:
- to Shopify, vendors, and service providers performing functions such as IT administration, payments, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment, and shipping;
- to business and marketing partners that provide marketing or advertising. Shopify may support personalized advertising based on activity across different merchants and websites, and partners apply their own privacy notices. Where law provides an opt-out right for targeted advertising or related sharing, you may exercise it through the applicable opt-out mechanism;
- when you direct, request, or consent to disclosure, including for product shipment or social-media widgets and login integrations;
- to affiliates or within our corporate group; and
- in a merger, bankruptcy, or other business transaction, or to meet legal duties, respond to subpoenas, warrants, or similar requests, enforce terms or policies, and protect the Services, us, users, or others.
Relationship with Shopify
Because Shopify hosts the Services, it collects and processes access and usage information to operate and improve them. Data you provide may be sent to Shopify and other parties located outside your country. Certain enhanced Shopify functions use interactions with our store, Shopify, and other merchants to help protect and develop the business; Shopify controls that processing and handles associated rights requests. More information is available in Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and Privacy Portal.
Third-party websites and links
The Services can link to independent websites or platforms. Their privacy, security, and terms should be reviewed separately. We are not responsible for those properties or for the reliability, completeness, accuracy, privacy, or security of their content. Material shared publicly or semi-publicly, including on social networks, may be visible and usable by others without limitation. Providing a link alone is not an endorsement unless we expressly state one.
Children’s data
Children are not the intended users of the Services, and we do not knowingly collect data about individuals below the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Parents or guardians may contact us to seek deletion of a child’s information. On the effective date, we have no actual knowledge that personal information of people under 16 is sold or shared as legally defined.
Security and retention
Security measures cannot guarantee absolute protection, and transmissions may be exposed in transit; do not use insecure channels for sensitive or confidential data. We retain information for periods determined by account and Service needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of contracts or policies.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your residence, some or all of these rights may be available. They can be limited, circumstance-specific, or refused as allowed by applicable law:
- accessing or knowing the personal information we hold;
- deleting personal information we maintain;
- correcting inaccurate personal information;
- receiving a copy and, where applicable, asking that it be transferred to another party, subject to exceptions;
- opting out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising where those concepts apply. A Global Privacy Control signal will be treated as an opt-out request for the device and browser where required, and for an associated Shopify account when it can be linked. Other Do Not Track signals are not recognized; and
- unsubscribing from promotional email through the message’s unsubscribe option, while still receiving non-promotional account or order messages.
Rights may be exercised where the Services indicate or through the contact information below. Visit https://privacy.shopify.com/en for Shopify’s practices and rights. Exercising a right will not result in discrimination. We may verify identity, require an agent to show authority, and ask you to confirm directly. Responses will be provided within legally required periods.
Complaints
If you object to our handling of information, contact us below. Applicable law may also permit an appeal to us or a complaint to the relevant local data-protection authority.
International transfers
We may process, store, or transfer information in countries other than yours. When data leaves the EEA or UK, we use recognized transfer tools, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK agreements, unless an adequacy decision covers the destination.
Changes to this policy
This policy can be updated to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or practice developments. We will post the revised version, change the last-updated date, and provide legally required notice.
