Refund policy

A return request must be made within 30 days after you receive the item.

To qualify, the merchandise must be in its original received condition, unused or unworn, still tagged, and in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or purchase evidence.

If the return is approved, we will issue the return label and the instructions needed to ship the package. Items mailed back before authorization are not eligible for acceptance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect the delivery promptly and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, allowing us to evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Returns are unavailable for perishables (including food, flowers, and plants), special-order or personalized merchandise, personal-care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Ask us about any item whose eligibility is uncertain.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges

The fastest route to a different item is to complete an accepted return first and then make a new purchase.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

When goods are shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return the order for any reason and without explanation. As with other eligible returns, the product must remain unused or unworn, retain its tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be sent automatically to the payment method originally used within 10 business days; posting time at your bank or card issuer may take longer.
