Shipping carriers

We use DHL and USPS for standard, expedited, and priority shipping. Delivery normally takes 1–7 business days after fulfillment, except when unavoidable carrier delays occur. FedEx and USPS express service may also be chosen at checkout for an additional fee. Because transit timing varies, we cannot promise a delivery date; contact Support for more information.

Fulfillment guarantee

Orders are prepared without unnecessary delay. Please contact Support if you have not received a shipping confirmation by the third business day following your order.

Freight and shipping forwarders

We do not ship through freight-forwarding companies or forwarding services. Any order addressed for that purpose will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
